Stoner-Themed Halloween Movies to Watch
Not looking to go out for Halloween night in Tacoma? No problem!
Halloween is one of the best nights for cozying up at home with a bowl of your favorite strain and a great movie. Whether you’re into horror or comedy, or horror-comedy, there’s a Halloween movie for anyone and everyone.
We’ve rounded up a few good movies to spark up to and get in the spirit of Halloween.
Hansel and Gretel Get Baked
A spin on the classic Grimm Brothers’ tale, in this modern version, Hansel and Gretel battle a witch who lures victims with her potent cannabis strain dubbed Black Forest.
This gory yet lighthearted movie is a great horror-comedy for a fun night!
The Cabin in the Woods
Centered around a group of friends on a forest vacation, The Cabin in the Woods is a classic jump-scare horror. The film throws you through many loops, and the best part is the first character to really catch on to what’s happening is the stoner of the group.
If you’re looking for a great modern classic horror movie that’ll have you guessing until the end, this is the one for you!
Idle Hands
Idle Hands is both a great horror-comedy to watch for Halloween, plus it’s a nostalgic ‘90s throwback! This film follows a stereotypical teenage stoner whose hand becomes possessed by an evil murderous force.
It’s definitely a stoner Halloween classic and for good reason!
Scary Movie (1-5)
If you haven’t seen any of the films in the Scary Movie series, what are you waiting for?! Each one of these horror movie parodies makes for a great Halloween night, though the first two are the most iconic.
There’s plenty of stoner themes and laughs throughout the series, so you can’t go wrong!
Whatever you choose to do this Halloween night, be sure to stay safe and responsible while you have fun. Happy Halloweed, everyone!
